The PMP journey, as many practitioners of this course call it so, was one of the most challenging and at the same time, one the most joyful rides of my entire life. When I began to study for it, like many others who have taken this path, i had a vague picture of the PMP certificate and the only thing I knew was that it must be something hard that only a few people could ever pass it. The more it went on, the more I perceived that I was right and that familiar-sounding question of "is it really worth it?" became more and more difficult to answer. But, in spite of all the pressure, the only thing kept me on, was the decision I made at the day one: I must pass it no matter the price! Now, after all those early mornings I had to wake up (to study before I go to work) and all those nights I had to keep my eyes open, I have the answer : yes, it worth it! It worths every seconds of it! Of course it is very dependent on how you look at it and the significance of the changes that it might bring to your life, but struggling with an enormous amount of information in a short period of time and even worse, in a foreign language, is not kind of challenge we face every day. Anyways, as the final words for you who are reading these words as a guidance to decide wether or not to start the course, i have to say that in contrast with all those controversial literatures you may find online or those never-ending lists of reference books (that everybody says you have to read to be prepared), the PMP exam is much easier that you can imagine, nevertheless, the only thing that makes it worth it is that after a while, it makes you push your limits again and prove yourself, that everything is possible, if you are ready to pay the price!
