The course features:

The Individual Competency Basis (ICB), published by the International Project Management Association, is a worldwide standard of competencies to be acquired by individuals in project management, design, and portfolio management.
This standard promotes individual competency development by providing a list of competency components in all projects, plans, and portfolios.
With the publication of the ICB, International Project Management Institute is endeavoring to achieve just one simple goal: To enhance and improve competency in project management, project design, and portfolio, as well as a set of competencies that, when thoroughly understood, demonstrate complete mastery in these management fields. Plans, projects, and portfolios are leading the way in today’s world. Creating a new product and service, investing and developing, building capacity, implementing new strategies, and building new infrastructure are all the things that projects accomplish.
In this standard, competency has been categorized into 29 components, encompassing several vital indicators. These components include:

  • Vision competencies (5 components)
  • Behavioral competencies (10 components)
  • Performance Qualifications (14 components)
