The course’s importance

This course introduces attendees to seven areas of agile management, ten applications of agile techniques and methods, agile management skills and knowledge, and SCRUM training, which forms the primary source of the exam. The course will also cover the types of test questions, web-based test environment, how to submit an application, how to enroll in the PMI-ACP exam, how to pay for it, its venues, how to hold exam, and all the issues related to the PMI-ACP test and agile management. Until you pass the PMI-ACP exam, our Instructors will accompany you.

Candidates for the ACP exam must meet the following requirements:

  • Candidates must have 3500 hours of work experience, of which 1500 hours are in Agile management, 21 hours of training in agile management courses, and scrum training and earning 20 points in PDU

In light of the challenges of the project space, the American Project Management Institute (PMI) offers PMI-ACP certificates for people who are proficient in agile project management.

The number of people who had this certification as of June 2018 was 22,078, of which just five were Iranians.

It is not surprising that this professional certification will gain popularity globally since professional statistics show that companies who applied Agile approaches to their projects had a greater success rate than other companies. That’s why more and more people are looking to learn Scrum.

ACP exam:

ACP is a multiple-choice exam with 120 questions over three hours.

When you earn an ACP (Agile Certified Practitioner) certification, you will have mastered all of the concepts, techniques, and agile tools and agile management. You will stand out from other managers when you develop these skills and also establish credibility for your organization.

The PMI-ACP test rubrics are as follows:

  • Training areas for the PMI-ACP exam:
